Zaltbommel, NL - January 7, 2010- SACHEM Europe B.V. is pleased to announce that, effective January 1 2010, we have completed the acquisition of the Servon XRK business from Elementis Specialties. Elementis has discontinued manufacturing and marketing their Servon XRK product line. This acquisition provides value to our customers and strengthens SACHEM's position as one of the world's leading starch and carbohydrates cationic modifiers.
